Hi,
I am new to this website, and I just wanted to introduce myself.
I am 25 years old and have been lifting for 3 years, but just started to get real serious about it this year.
I was a 5' 9", 300lb fatty last year, and dropped 80+ pounds in 11 months.
I am now down to 215-220lbs and I am starting to experiment with bulking/cutting cycles.
Ultimately my goal is to be around 200 lbs, with minimal body fat. (I am still in the upper 20's)
This site is proving to be very helpful in getting different views on bodybuilding.
I look forward to being a member of this web community.
