Hi guys. This is my story. I've always been very tall (6'5") and thin. I began weight training at a fitness club in Seattle last year and I found that the trainers, equipment, supliments, and results were all very good. I gained 14 pounds after 2 weeks. I had to stop because I lost my job and ran out of money for the membership and all the food I was buying. But I got a lot of good information out of the whole thing as well as confidence in what I was doing. I am now working in Japan. I don't have anyone around to get information from and there are a few things I forgot. I know what foods to eat and how much, and I know what exercises to do and how often. What I can't remember is how much Creatine I was taking. I was taking 10 pills a day but I can't remember the size of the pills. I need to eat between 5000-6000 calories a day and I weigh 150 pounds. How much Creatine should I take every day? My other question is about home gyms. I live in a small city and all of the gyms are crappy and close before I finish work. I want to buy a home gym and can spend between $500 and $1000. I don't want to get huge, I just want to shape my entire body and reach a weight of about 210 pounds. Which type of gym should I buy?
Thanks for your help.

welcome :).

check out the diet/nutrition/supplements section regarding creatine. as far as home gyms go, i'd avoid the 'total body' type set up and focus on free weights, ie. adjustable bench/squat rack/oly bar with plates/DBs. that would be my recommendation. Powerhouse makes something that has a squat rack, bench an lat pulldown in one.
