Just thought i'd say hello and give some backround about myself. I have been lurking around these forumns for a while and haven't posted anything because I have nothing useful to say. Anyways, I'm 22, 6'6, and 270. Not high bodyfat, but not low either (I'd guestimate around 18-20%) Last January i was around 325. I lost about 55 pounds from January till July. It has been on and off lifting for me since i was 14. My strength is probably above average in most areas, but nothing impressive. I'm like every other male my age, trying to get stronger and leaner. Ever since i started my new job a couple of months ago my diet hasn't been on track anymore, and I stopped doing cardio. But, im still lifting...
