Hey, just joined this place, hopefully it should give a lot of info.
Well, firstly I'm 16, have ginger hair and I live in the UK...and I'm a vegitarian.
When I was 14 I was overweight (or according to my BMI "at risk of being overweight") I weighed 10 and a half stone (66kg I think)...I had backflab and was getting manboobs. I didn't like it, I was determinned to stop.
I lost about 2 stone within a few months, looking back I know it must have been way too fast, but I have maintained that weight now and I'm still 8 and a half stone (54kg) at 16. I now rarely snack and have 3 meals a day, I eat a lot healthier than I used to but I think I could still do better.
I excercise a lot (well after a very fattening christmas I have just got back to how I was before). I recently got a new set of weights up to 8kg. I'd like to lose some of the fat I still have on my stomach and I'd like to increase my muscle definition.
Though as I'm vegitarian I know it's hard for me to get the protein.
Speak later!
