I wanna get big. right now i weight 135 and im 5'7
i wanna be around 165
i got a Bow-Flex but i don't really know how many reps
and how heavy the weight has to be.
If you guys could put some workout plan with bow-flex it would be
great. How much do i have to eat? thank you guys
