Just been reading the posts for a while but I figured I should finally introduce myself
I've always been into fitness and dietary health. This past year I've been concentrating on building. Right now I'm in the middle of a gaining cycle. I'm a hardgainer so it's been a chore. I remember reading where Tom Venuto said eating to gain should be approached like a job and boy was he right!
Anyway, I'm off to read some more in the forums, see you all there
