ive made a order of finaplix h 4 grams and a 1ocart box of synovex h .
i live in australia so this is a banned substance.

any way i received a letter from fed ex express

(on the letter it says exactly this below.)

the above mentioned shipment has arrived into australia: however, we have been unable to contact you to arrange clearance of the consignment through australian customs.

if the information is required for the clearance is not received within 5 days of this letter, the package may be returned to the sender, as per the conditions of contract on the reverse side of the fedex international airway bill.

what should i do ?
what do you think of this letter ?
should i ring them to see whats happening ?
or just hope they return to sender and get them to reship or something ?
usually when i get a package stopped by customs they send me letter saying the package will be destoyed within 30 days etc

don't follow up on that shit. Cut your losses and move on...Usually if you show your guy the siezure letter they will resend, but don't try to recover this package if those are banned substances inside.

If you were smart, you were only spending what you were willing to lose in the first place. Let it go. If you can get it reshipped, great. If not, you'll just have to try again later.

They may flag your address now if its done like in the states, which I suspect is true because Australian customs to my knowlege is legendary (anal) about finding everything.

I've heard the exact same thing from other Australians on the boards. Your addy has almost certainly been flagged. Let this one go and figure out a new mailing address.

sounds like you should get a P.O. Box now if you want hopes of your shipment getting through.

PO Boxes scare me... having to pick up mail so close to where postal service people can see you...

Receiving gear at your own house is just as scary, both locations are subject to controlled deliveries.

I don't know what it is like in Austrailia, but I wouldn't receive gear at my own P.O. Box in the U.S. Better to get a friend and school him on how do handle a potential controlled delivery.

I'd rather have it sent to my house...I don't have to be home for them to leave a package for me...so I wouldn't answer the door for a worker...thats better then being in public too at the PO box getting stuff.

Totally.

When I receive a package at my P.O. box, I get a little notification and then have to go to the front desk to pick it up. I usually have two or three postal employees watching me as I receive my package. Very scary.

Home delivery would freak me out more, though. At least at the post office I haven't opened the package or anything. Chances are if I were busted at home I'd have the package open already and be screwed even harder.

it doesn't matter if the box is open or not. If you take posession, you are charged with posession. If you carry coke through customs in a box, you still get in as much trouble as you would if it was in your pocket. The cops hear "I didn't know what it was" everyday, and don't even listen when they hear that.

Exactly.

I'd rather have them sent to my house. In the uk possesion of small amounts for personal use is legal so its a bit different.

I'd let them drop it off at my door and leave it there until dark. Then I take it inside, stash it under the house for a few days, then all is well. Normally when they try and bust you at home it's a controlled delivery. You'd have to have some big deliveries for them to waste the time and money to sit in a car on your block and watch and wait. They like quick hits--they come to your house, you open, sign and accept, bang: Cuffs.

can feds not see in the dark? Once that package touches your hands, no matter what you try and tell them, you are in posession. Ive read about controlled deliveries where the "mailman" threw the package at the guy in an attempt to get him to grab it.

No, they're fucking blind as bats.

It wasn't my point that they can't see. I was preempting my later point that it would take a big delivery for them to want to wait you out. Plus, by waiting, it gives me time to see who is sitting around and shouldn't be. I live in a quiet neighborhood; the type that freaks out if there's someone walking their dog who no one knows. If there's a tinted car sitting around, I'd surely be aware after a couple of hours.

I think that sucks. Get a friend and subject him to something illegal. Why would anyone want to do that to a friend. Glad your not mine!

Many people think a few small orders will not warrant attention from the authorities but you may just be unlucky. All it takes is a postal inspector who has a hunch and then the case for probable cause and warrant can be built. The legal muscle book is full of small time users being busted. If you survive the controlled delivery (assuming they don't use an electronic device that can detect whether the package was opened - an AT4) you could still face a 'knock and talk'. If you're not coached on how to deal with this you could still be in trouble.

Statistically the odds are in your favor of course, but the moment you think you're untouchable you're heading for a fall.

I know I'm vulnerable, as is everyone. I just do all the small things to try and stay ahead of the game.

i left a message on their phone they rang back and said it was checked by quarintine and taxes were applied . so tommorow im going to pick it up at fedex postoffice. i have to pay a extra $103 upon pickup for tax and quarintine thats fucked ,but ill have my 4 grams of fina and 10 carts of synovex tommorow.
ill see how it goes seems alright at least there not dropping it to my house

Just remember - if they ever question you, they are not your friends. No matter how nice they act, and no matter what promises they make. They've come to your house with one goal in mind - to put you in jail.

They don't care if you are a nice guy. They don't care if you have kids. They don't care if you let them in and serve them coffee. Their goal is still the same.

Sounds like a set up to me. How do they know there is more tax due if they don't know what is in the package?

And if what is in the package is illegal, the minute you sign for it be it your house or post office, your subject to arrest.

If you ordered like this before and did not have to pay taxes, then I would be very weary of picking up a package that contains illegal goods.

Dude, leave it. Take the loss and survive!
No kidding. I know it's tough taking a loss, but it's better than criminal charges.

That's what happened to one pro bodybuilder from NY, I can't remember his name right now, but customs seized the package and then the guys wife signed for it and they arrested them both.

We'll probably never hear from our Aussie friend again if he went to the post office.
He's with nasty nate these days. When he comes back, he's gonna want some cocktail.....fruit.

Prior history of importation of controlled substances isn't going to help your case either.
