Hello Everyone i'm new here so i'll try to do this correctly first of all my name is michael age 26 i've been working out heavy for over a year now when i first started i discharged from the army at weight 130 now i'm 150 solid but that was through means some might find underhanded i done everything within my power to gain eat high carbs,high protein. lots of breads meat eggs the whole nine yards. yet i could not gain a pound plus i was working out everyother day. my starting max was 150 "i know its embarresing to me" my curret is 250 bench 275 decline 190 incline. the way i gained weight and strengh so quickly was through a guy i can nolonger get in touch with who got me some dece and airtest which i was taking a cc of dece and a 1/2 cc of the test weekly now problem is i've been off for months now and i can nolonger gain anymore weight and i would really like to put on about 30 more pounds

Sorry, there is no source posting or requesting. Things of that nature put this board or any board with such activity in jeapordy, more than one board has been shut down from open source posts.


Moderators Edit: your problem lies in diet/lifestyle that is hindering your ability to absorb nutrient and recover from strenuous training. Your training may also be suspect (causing slow or no gains in strength or mass).

In your case, steroids are an inprudent bandaide / shortcut. You need to post requests for help in Diet and Training sections. If you have low natural test production, post in the Health section as well. You haven't trained long enough to be using steroids. Sounds like you're a classic slow/hard gainer type.
