I can do the tuck planche for 60 seconds, but I don't understand how to lift my hips higher for the advanced tuck planche. Im not even sure what muscles to contract here, do i try to rotate my torso via my shoulders, or is there a certain way to try to move the hips? any advice is greatly appreciated...
