I need some ideas for improving my diet. I think I eat decent for someone bulking but need ideas for middle meals and snacks. I eat 4-6 whole eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, and whole milk for breakfast. Lunch is usually a free for all, a PB&J and whey shake if I'm at home or subway or sandwich restaurant if I'm at work. Some bananas and Greek yogurt for a snack before dinner then chicken breast and brown rice in various configurations. Another shake or something before bed. I seems like I need way more calories and maybe a bit more protein in my diet. I'm 6'2, skinny and pretty active with work and gym following it most days.

Sounds like you need way more calories man. Especially for someone your size. I'm not as tall as you, but I also have been lean all my life, oftentimes overly-lean. As Arnold once said, "doesn't matter what you eat as long as it's a lot.". For me, truer words were never spoken. I see member after member post up their diet, and I think to myself "holy fuck that's some really healthy lean food, must suck balls". I eat everything in front of me, and make sure I get a few basic things, tons of carbs, tons of protein, a good helping of fat and lots of fruits and vegetables. Those are the ONLY rules I live by. 5'9", 190, 10% bf, 30 years old.

Here is what I got today:
2 bowls of cereal - running late for work
Large Chicago cheese steak
pb&j with pretzels cup of whole milk
whey shake with ~1/2 cup of oats and peanut butter with olive oil
its only 8pm will get in another meal or 2 in today
