so yesterday i bought what i thought was creatine, but it was actually NO Fury by six star, and i was wondering should i take it back or just keep it? it does have creatine mono in it too, but im sure not as much as pure mono. so i guess what i am trying to say, is, combined with whey and a good diet, which will help me experience better gains?

I'm guessing this is a pre WO...pre workouts help with energy, pump, and focus in the gym and that can lead to better results. If it was expensive, take it back if you want. If you got it for a good price, you might as well see how it works for you...

haha ive take 3 scoops already and i think ima take it back. for the price i really cant complain, its giving me good vascularity and focus without jitters, but i think creatine is more important from what ive read. i was only 19$ for a 33 serv. but with 3 scoops a day to feel it good, im thinking creatine for the same price is better. but idk

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe NO Fury contains any creatine, I believe the only ingredient in NO Fury that starts with a "C" on their list is citrulline. The rest are forms of arginine [l-arginine, arginine hcl and arginine akg]. I haven't heard anything good about it. I would personally return it for some creatine.

actually it does, it cotains:
this is proprietary only in the amount specifics

Vaso-force:
l-arganine
taurine
l-arganine alpha ketoglutarate
l-arganine hcl
l-citrulling

Growth Streak:
Creatine monohydrate <<<<<<<
creatine phosphate <<<<<<<

Energy Strike:
Glycine
Caffeine anhydrous

ok so i have quick question. The creatine i purchased. just a gnc brand, monohydrate, cause it was on sale buy one get one, for the same price as the pre workout; whenever i mix it, then drink it, I notice a sugar looking substance (little crystals, but ALOt) settling at the bottom of the glass. is this normal? if so what is it? I know it isnt sugar. it is not sweet at all. Im cluless

Is creatine. Probably is not micronised.

Mix your creatine with warm water and stir it with a spoon for a min and it will dissolve completely.

thanks man! and another quick, so is the micronized creatine better? and is the one i bought a good creatine, being it is gnc brand, idk much about creatines. should i take it back and get a micronized one? or i keep hearing about creapure, i asked the sales guy about but he said they just sold out...

Brand that doesn't make micronised creatine is outdated!
Micronized creatine???s smaller particle size means quicker digestion and faster utilization and also greater uptake into the the bloodstream as theres 20 times more total surface area.

Creapure is purest highest quality creatine.

Just use the one you have and next time buy quality stuff :winkfinger:

yeah its jus creatine, it happens some times . if ya dont want to drink a hot drink jus keep adding water or juice in the cup in till its gone.

It's residual creatine that didn't mix in well. Just add a touch more water, do a swirl and finish it off :winkfinger:

Impressed with PROMASI

Well I respect and enjoy all products by RIVALUS, but I must add that I???m most impressed with PROMASIL. I absolutely love the ingredients used in it as they are very much proven effective and there is some unique synergy going on when using PROMASIL. There are supportive ingredients to offset that nasty crash many are familiar with. This is the 1st product to do this. There are some very nice trademarked ingredients which reflect overall quality from RIVALUS as usual and it is obvious they toyed with formula testing well before introducing the product to the masses.
