hi all im new to this lol,
im 28, 5ft 11, and 15 stone 10 or 220lb or 100kg what ever way u wanna read it lol, im also about 28%body fat according to one of them body fat analizers, but how accurat they are i dont know, ive got an upper arm messurment of quarter of an inch under 17 inches, not sure about my waist cause i lose a few pounds since i got it mesured and cant find the tape lol,
im looking to lose wieght and gain some muscles, first thing i wanna do is tone a little while losing the fat, and get down to about 12stone - 12stone 7lb, once i do that, hopefully my stomach will be flat, not looking for a 6 pack yet, just a flat one lol, then build up,
prob is my diet and and training,
im veggie so i cant eat meat or fish, so a usual daily meal plane would be something like,
breakfast,
2 slices of toasted white bread,
noon,
either cheese sandwitch, or soup, or baked potaoe with beans,
evening meal,
beans on toast,
i also have a protien shake and a multi vitamin tablet,
as far as training i did a 8 week light training course to get over the stiffness and get my self use to lifting, then ive just finnished a 12 week program which i got out of a book called big bench writen by (cant remember his name) but he wrote brawn, goes like so,
monday
warm up 5 mins cardio,
squats 5x5
bench press 5x5
lat pull downs 5x5
crunches 2 x10
warm down 5 mins cardio
wed
warm up 5 mins cardio
seated rear press 5x5
barbell curls 5x5
crunches 2x10
warm down 5 mins cardio
fri
warm up 5 mins cardio
squats 5x5
close grip bench press 5x5
dead lifts 5x5
warm down 5 mins cardio
also i walk at about 3 - 3.5 miles an hour for between 50 mins and 2 hours a day every day,
so can anyone help me and suggest a diet plan or a routine that will help me to tone and lose the flab as quick as possible, (i dont wanna take any pills or powders, as im on one protien drink anyway and dont wanna wast money lol), but getting desperat, ive lost 2 stone and 1 pound but its took since mid october last year to do that, should be a lot firmer then i am at this point i think lol, help please
