Help me with my motivation and regaining lost muscle!

I need some big help!Maybe it's not the right forum but anyway.
My problem is that since I met my girlfriend last summer I haven't paid as much attention to training so I've lost a couple of pounds in raw muscle.I'm still shredded since my last diet.
What I need now is some good advise on how I should regain my motivation and some diet tips to get that kick in the but to start gaining back my old muscle!!!!As goes for training I use the P/RR/S system.
I know that I might have to gain some fat in the process of regaining my muscle but I wanna that to a minimum....

Give me some advise guys!!
 
how bout go back to the gym and start feeling the burn hehe
hmm okej ill try to help, first get a goal and a plan bout training and think bout what it will do for u, well that helps me with my motivation

motivation comes from within its not gonna be a "miracle post" in a forum, you either got it or you have to find it, more of a personal issue rather than a public one. Ran into kind of the same thing when I met my wife, I just wanted to spend as much time as possible with her and kind of let go of my usual "life is short get done what you can" personality fortunatley after about a week or so I had her work out with me and she's been hooked every since, certainly helped with committing to marriage! :laugh: But either way you cant blame it on her it starts by looking in the mirror...:thumb:
 
HAHAHHAHA, DUDEEE my girlfriends always whines about how I love bodybuilding (and my car) more then her, there is no fucking way I would miss a workout and when I look in the mirror I get all the motivation in the world man!! This is what I think, The first 2-3 years of bodybuilding are the hardest, diet and motivations and dedications are going to be chalanged here but if you stick to bodybuilding that it will be with you for the res tof your life, I can honestly say that I am excited to go to the gym and I think about it the day before, (except for abs and legs day, my least favorite days)...

I've been waiting to get to the gym all day now!
I've been surfin' around the net reading all different kinds of bb forums and that's been motivating enough!!!
Ahhhh....shoulders and tris....favorite workout... :rocker:

Push-up in the missionary
Crunches when she's on top.
Military Presses when shes sitting on your shoulders

You could probably incorperate a complete body workout if you put your mind to it..... Might wanna move this thread to the Sexual_Health Forum :p
