Here's the go, I'm currently training in excess and eating a far bit of food at the moment, about 50% unhealthy, I train 5 days a week, 2-3 times a day, 1 game day and 1 day off.

Some rough stats:
Height: 185cm
Weight: 93kg
BF: 12-13%

I'm looking for something to get me cut while at the same time give me enough energy to keep training at this intensity.. I'm also taking a recovery drink at night.

Is there something that I can use to guide my diet, im looking for something like P/C/F 50/35/15, I dont know if that'll work, just give me your thoughts on the matter.
