It has been a long time since I have posted anything on this site or even logged on. I work mids as an airline mechanic and food comes very scarse since the airport terminals are closed for business after a certain time. As for my training regimen I have been good at being disciplined and going after work which is usually 9am . But as for my dieting quite frankly "IT SUCKS". I have been trying a few things but since I find my self going hungry through out the night I feel like giving up all together with my workouts and eating habits. But i know this is wrong and that is why I am on here hoping to get some great suggestions from you all.

here are my stats:
180lbs / 5' 7"
train: 3 -4 x's a week
BF: 26%
hours of work:10pm - 8am
gym: between 9 - 11am
rest:1pm - 7pm or 8 pm

why don't you eat 5x a day but eat in smaller portions instead of 3x and bigger portions?

Yeah my focus is more on what to bring to work for food since I work at night and there is nothing around me. LIke what type of meals , how long does it take to prepare them and so forth. My time is limited from when i leave work and head to the gym and then go home to sleep. so every minute i have to rest is important and then get up to do it all over again.

You must get a day off in the week................... right? So grill a whole bunch of chicken, steam a whole bunch of veg, n bake a whole bunch of potatoes, same with rice cook a load in one go, when you wake after you've got ready and ate ur first meal after you've slept portion out the food into containers and pack a cool box. If things get that bad then pack some MRP's a shaker bottle and a bottle of water, instant 'meal'

Thats what I do.. right now I eat steak and sweet potatos. I cook about 10lbs of steak and ton of sweet pots too. then I make my meals the night before. I have a mini fridge here so i dont need a cooler pack, but I used to use one
