I am 16 and lift and workout for football. I lift with the team on monday tuesday thursday friday. We have as a team "morning runnings" which are agility speed and strength and conditioning workouts. We do plyometric boxes, ladders, and sprints and basically run nonstop for 45 minutes from 615 until 7. Then we shower and school starts at 730. I'm trying to gain weight and need to be eating more meals a day then what i do which is probably like 4. So my ? is that i need to find something to eat in the morning that i can eat after our workout and before school starts. I'm not thinking like a protein bar or nething but something i can eat like as breakfast on top of a protein shake. I'll probably eat a bowl of cereal at like 530 in the morning then go to the runnings which are only on monday and thrusday(what kind of cereal is good for you cuz im thinking frosted flakes arent the best cereal to eat). So can anyone help me out and tell me something i can eat quick so i can get to my 1st period class at 730. MY 2ND QUESTION IS THAT I CAN EAT A BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING THEN I HAVE A 4TH PERIOD STUDY HALL WHERE I CAN EAT A 2ND MEAL WHICH IS AT 10:00 THEN IM SCHEDULED TO EAT LUNCH AT 11:20 SO IM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING I CAN EAT THEN AS WELL AT 10:00 BUT NOT SO MUCH THAT I DONT EAT AT 11:20 ..... I HAVE ACCESS TO A REFRIGERATOR IN SCHOOL TO KEEP SOMETHING COLD IF I NEED TO. i put that in caps just so someone answers that question, too. Any help is greatly appreciated thanx in advance
