help: supplements/diet plans?

hi all-

i'm using the following supplements:

multi-vitamin/mineral
a
e
c
b-complex
zinc
flax oil

what are the best times to take them and in what combos?

basically, i have lots of meat, some veggies and drink protein shakes, but am not sure how to maximize my potential when making meals. i simply eat when i want and make sure to have a few shakes.

my primary aim is to add muscle in the way only batman the animated series can. that is pretty much a joke, but i would dig that thicker, off-season physique. i'm about 210, 5'10", mostly muscle. i know what spots to hit, just need a decent diet plan.

any links, tips would be appreciated.
 
I can't really comment on the supplement question, but I can recommend you investigating the Body For Life program. It may be a nice change from your current training, and the program is very effective. I've been on the program for about eight weeks and have definetly seem results.
