Help to get beach body back

I need help getting my beach body back. I'm 32, 6'0" and 185. A couple years ago I had what I concidered the perfect beach body. Although I weighed about 20 more pounds. It took me years to get my great body and only a few months to lose it. I need help with what supplements to take and a workout plan to get my body back quickly. The only thing I've ever taken is creatinine and protein. I've concidered the anabolic route, but know very little. My goal is to look like I did before in less than 3 months. Any help would be appreciated.

as far as diet low fat, high protien. don't bother counting carbs or calories, it's a waist of time, and is fucking up alot of peoples real goals, the whole macro-nutrient bullshit is just fucking people up from getting what they really need to burn fat and grow at the same time!

If I want muscle gain fast for me nothing beats HIT/GVT training.

Like the others said low fat high protein but dont go crazy high on it. Plenty of water, and your normal supps, creatine, whey, BCAA's, multi vitamin and fish oil.

Low fat as in bad fats.

Nothing wrong with a good amount of good fats, omega's etc.
 
There are many, many better workouts floating around this site in journals and stickys.

I'm not bashing this guy's site. However, only two compound moves, all week, and both are push. And I don't get the stand alone bi and tri days.

You can go to Beachbody.com and they have a special DVD for 90 days. Its exactly what your looking for. It's called P90X. ha ha. JK bro. You have all the info you need here.
 
lol shit I thought you were for real for a minute about that P90X shit.

I think in some ways it is ok, but the majority of it has bad single joint moves and jus tway to much shit in it.

But for some it does work.
