First I would like to say Hi again to everybody has it has been a long time since I haven't come here. I was away dealing with regular day to day problems and now that everything is settled I would like to start competing (planned in a year and a half). Here's my basic infos:
1) I am 21
2) I am approx. 5'9", 171lbs, 7-8% bf
3) Been training non stop for 8 years now (not much gains due to being young, not a good diet, bad form at the gym etc.) corrected everything in the last 2 years, good gains since then.
4) Did 10 week Tren, 16 week Eq as first cycle last june. PCT was HCG
Goal was to add lean mass. Gained approx. 15lbs, lost lots of fat. I went up to 175. I got sick due to various circumstances (crazy gf, difficult situation with parents, lost my job etc. etc. etc.) Note that everything is in check right now
5) Currently doing a modified FST-7 (1 week light, 1 week heavy, 4 days a week),
Meals consist of 210g of meat (chicken, red meat or fish) and 2 cups of brown rice, or 2 cups of veggies later in my day. I work at a club and can't eat much during my shift so days I'm working I am eating 3-4 of those meals + 2 proteins bars and 2 shakes (casein before bed). On days I don't work I'm eating 4 to 6 of those meals. When I workout I drink a protein shake pre and post workout.
Here's my supplements:
3x1000mg fish oil daily
3x1000mg flaxseed oil daily
MuscleTech's Vitakic Multi (before workout or in the morning)
AllMax's Aminocore BCAAs pills 8000mg (before workout or job depending)
Optimum's A.M.I.N.O Energy (Bcaa & caffeine) (taken in the morning or at job when needed)
Optimum's 100% Whey
Optimum's Casein (before bed)
Muscletech's NANOvapor (pre-workout when needed)
Muscletech's CellTech Creatine (post-workout)
ZMA (before bed)
6) Cycle Goals: gain lean mass (aiming for 10 pounds), while minimizing sides effects since I have a mental illness. I have BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) I am currently taking 20mg Citalopram ED & 50mg Seroquel XR ED too.
OK ABOUT THAT READ CAREFULLY: yes I have a mental illness I admit it, I know it, I can't change it. I know the consequences, fact is I am ready to take my chance with AAS again even if I have this. It might be stupid, but I really think I can do it as safe as possible.
Right now: My parents support me greatly even with my decision to do AAS. They do not like it as any good parents they fear for my safety (TV telling them it's bad so it's bad...). I have some money in safety so it is not a problem. There's is no more problems with my ex-gf she is out of the picture for good.
I spoke with someone with more experience than me and he told me that I should do:
Anavar (kickstart) (week?, dosage?)
Equipoise: week1-week16, 200mg Tuesday/Friday
Test E: first half (week?, dosage?)
Test P: second half (week?, dosage?)
PCT: clomid, HCG
So that it would be a mild cycle and the peak of the cycle would be in the middle of it so I shouldn't feel much of sides as opposed to a big kick start and a slow finish or vice-versa.
Can you guys help me a little more with this cycle or show me something different/better and why it should be better for me.
