my daily food intake
6am - Whey Protein shake ( 2 scoops ) With Milk
6am - 1 bowl of oats
7am - 7 egg whites
9am - 1 package of thin steak = .97 lb ill have to double check
11am - 1 Banana
1pm - Boiled Boneless Chicken breast with 1 cup of rice
3:30pm - 1 Cliff hanger bar
3:30pm - Whey Protein shake ( 2 scoops ) With Milk
5:00pm - Pasta or steak or chicken with 1 bowl of salad (depends on what wife makes)
8:00pm - 7 egg whites
8:30pm - Creatine Mono
what to add or take away..
im 5'3
120 - 125 lbs
weight is up and down i dont know why it fluxs
everyone is telling me im not getting enough fat..
critique my diet.
i do alot of walking everyday for work.. 10 hours of constant walking fast pace.
i run 2 miles after work everyday aswell.
I workout everyday as well.
what should i be eating more of or less of..
i drink water no pop.. water or Gatorade is all
