Help with diet.

Ok, i currently weigh 212lbs.. and its definitally not all muscle.. im not a fat bastard but i do have some fat.. i would like to lose some.. is there any certain diet that anyone can think of to help me.
and i dont mean tell me the foods.. i mean
low calorie high protein diet? or what.

how old are you? male/female? and ur height?
 
Check out the stickies in the nutrition section there is alot of valuable info there.
 
Just eat under maintanence. How you do it doesn't really matter that much...but certain methods allow for cutting to be easier mentally.

If you're prone to binging, stay away from a diet where you do a large carb up from lots of processed food. Carb cycling has worked well for me...no desire to cheat on it.
 
what exactly would carb cycling be? lol
