help with eating.....

well i start football practice today (two-adays) and i was wondering what would be a good meal before i go...i dont wanna eat much, due to the fact that it is very hot out there and i might throw it up, but yet i dont wanna practice on an empty stomach...any ideas?

how long is practice?

- drink water and make sure you get enough while you'r e out there too.
- you can drink a small meal replacement shake
- eat a meal replacement bar like a clif bar or odwalla (i don't like these but some people do), or a power bar... depends on how your stomach tolerates those
- a slice of hearty whole grain bread and some peanut butter
- 1/2 cup to a cup of plain yogurt with some berries or half a banana
