help with my diet...

I just need a little feedback on what i'm eating to make sure that i'm doing everything accordingly. I'm a male 25 year old, 5 ft 10 @ 185 pounds and about 17%bf at the moment.. trying to cut my bf down right now and i've used the forums here to put this diet together thus far. i usually eat something similar to the following:

breakfast:
4 whole eggs
6 pcs turkey bacon
greek yogurt
sometimes 8oz of fat free organic milk

snack:
1 serving mixed nuts

lunch:
2 servings turkey sandwich meat wrapped in lettuce

snack:
protein shake with milk and flax seed

supper:
6oz shrimp or chicken and green veggies

i also eat a lot of canned tuna.. its cheap and there's plenty of protein

my macros usually end up between 1900-2000 calories and somewhere around

190-210g protein
120-140g carbs
55-70g fats

I feel pretty good and i'm losing about a pound a week roughly. However should i switch to just egg whites? i love whole eggs and they are a good source of fats/calories. also what do you guys think about miracle whip as long as i figure in the calories? i'm getting pretty tired of eating tuna plain lol
 
Feel good, like what your eating, and happy about losing a pound a week, sounds fine by me.
