help with my MMA traiinng

im wrestling this year. during the season it will be mon-fri from 3-6. and sat is matches in the morning. how can i train mma or boxing during this time?
I wouldn't. Give 1000% to wrestling. Build every strength and agility workout around wrestling. You have a very small chance to get free wrestling training outside of high school danny. Take this freebie while you have it, then move on to MMA when the season is over.

alright so illl put off boxing for a few months. no big deal.

youll probably improve as a boxer by wrestling.

who knows, you may even like wrestling more.

it probably will always be my favorite sport.

Hit your wrestling coach with the same energy you hit us with. Seriously. Explain to him how much you want to improve your conditioning and power. See where it goes. I'll bet he steps up and helps you pull it all together.

alright thanks. BTW i re read your first statement and did you say you would or wouldnt give 1000%
Yes would. I'd dedicate myself to wrestling right now if I were you. I'd read every book, plan my meals, and build every physical improvement effort .... with total dedication to wrestling in mind. The people I hung out with after school? Yup. All wrestlers. My essays would be about? Who is the greatest wrestler of all times ... The Great Gama. Conditioning, core strength, back strength, and grip power would dominate my work outs.

So yeah ... 1000% I would focus on wrestling this year.

I think we've gone into this before, but regular gloves are not what you work the bag with lil bro. Ring gloves are too bulky so bag gloves ... gloves that you can increase and decrease the weight with ... are what all the best dressed fighters use while training.

All that padding on those 16 oz'ers is actually holding back the development of your hand's ability to deliver full impact punches. You not only work your form when you hit the bag. You also condition your frame to handle the impact. Your bones and your cartilage in your hands get strengthened with the use of bag gloves just like your ribs develop the ability to take kicks from continued MA training.
