...My split at the moment looks like this:-
Monday:Chest,shoulders,triceps:-
chest
3 Sets of 8 reps Dumbell fly
" " " " " " Press
3 sets of 8 reps Bench press
Shoulders
4 sets of 8 reps Arnald Press
3 " " 8 " Up right row
2 sets of 6 reps Shrugs
Tri's
3 sets of 8 reps Close grip press
3 sets of 8 reps standing Tricep Extension
20 min cardio

Tuesday
Day of

Wed:legs And abs:-
Legs
4 sets of 10reps Squats
3 sets of 8 reps leg curls
4 sets of 8 reps leg press
abs
Crunches
Weighted sit ups

Thurs day
day of

Friday:Back and bi's:-
Back
3 sets of 8 reps sitted one handed row
2 sets close grip pull downs
2 sets ride grip pull downs
Bi's
3 sets of 8 reps Dumbell curl
3 sets of 8 reps preacher curl
20 min cardio

Saturday/sunday
Day off

I know there is probally alot a room for improvement,and i apperciate all your help :)
