I was wondering if my routine would be affective, and if there is any questions on what kind of excersises I would be doing or how many reps, sets, etc. just ask

>Morning get up, and run on my treadmill for 30 minutes (though I think Im going to change it to 45 minutes) at higher speeds, since I heard cardio in the morning is good for getting your metabolism up high, for the entire day. Im also going to throw in some skipping.

>do some weighted ab workouts

>Later that same day in the evening:
Mondays: Biceps and Back

Tuesday: Break

Wednesday: Triceps and Chest

Thursday:Break

Friday: Forearms and shoulders

Saturday: Break

Sunday: Rotator Cuffs, and alot more Abs workouts

Could you helpful people help me imporve on this routine, since Im looking to see some results come the end of summer

I have no idea what your stats are but if your trying to add additional weight then back of on the running and skipping. The is no need to go 45 min's of running. Walking at a fast pace yes. If your going to run I'd back it down to 20-25 mins only. Now for the training. Why did you leave LEGS out. Do this!

MON: Back / Biceps / Forearms
WED: Quads / Calves / Hams
FRI: Chest / Shoulders / Triceps
Or what ever order you want.

ha ya I just kinda notced that huge mistake, but would this be affective(add the legs)?

Effective for what? What are your goals? If you're looking to 'tone' or 'sculpt' for summer, then you probably don't really care about adding in legs. If you're looking to get into lifting seriously, then it is paramount that you include legs.

My goal for this summer is to tone up a little, and let my abs show through to a larger degree then they do know, and at the same time I want to look built and bigger, which means i want both tone and bulk

You might want to concentrate on one or the other first. Very few people can successfully lose fat and retain LBM at the same time.

I would choose tone first than, since If I choose bulky then it would be weird later on.
