I am a VERY picky eater. Hate salads, vegetables, etc. I need to gradually work on my diet and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I do my best to get smoothies at smoothie king, planet fitness, etc. and always get them without the added sugar. My favorites are Acai. Are these okay for me? Are there better choices? I am starting to have a bowl of Kashi's version of Cheerios with skim milk for breakfast and a Sambazon Rio Energy drink or glass of orange juice. Does anyone have advice on what I could be doing to work on my diet? What foods are good for fat burning and don't taste like junk?

Juice is basically fruit flavored soda. Smoothies might as well be milkshakes or cake. Actually milkshakes would probably be better because they have protein.
