help! with some workout questions

I'm 18 and gettin back into lifting. i'm 6'4 and about 215 with a little gut. I work out at home cause i don't have enough money for a gym. I'm looking for tips on what exercises to do and how many reps you know the nine yards! AlL i have is a flat bench, curl bar, flat bar, and some dumbbells. So yea i'm poor so any tips on how to bulk up with such limited equip would be great. oh and i dont have a spotter. THANKS Yall!!!!!!:thumb:

I suggest you run a search in this forum for w/o programs. You might also take a look in some of the journals here. Just a place to start.

Stick to the basics if you are just starting out again. Flat bench and incline for chest. Deads and rows for back. Squats for legs. Curls and skull crushers for arms. Just to list a few. There are so many exercises you can use with the limited equipment you have. There is a link (sorry don't know it), that shows proper form, I think Prince and DG have posted it before. Good Luck!

No way, you need a rack and a barbell for squats! :)

as far as exercises & routines, it's been posted many times...please do some research, then post specific questions on a routine, etc.
