I'm 18 and gettin back into lifting. i'm 6'4 and about 215 with a little gut. I work out at home cause i don't have enough money for a gym. I'm looking for tips on what exercises to do and how many reps you know the nine yards! AlL i have is a flat bench, curl bar, flat bar, and some dumbbells. So yea i'm poor so any tips on how to bulk up with such limited equip would be great. oh and i dont have a spotter. THANKS Yall!!!!!!
