Ok fist hello everyone! I hope that you can throw some tailored advice my way since it seems I'm in a different situation than most. I'm in the army been for 6 1/2 yrs. We do pt every morning so I get a workout every day, anyway I had a baby 2 yrs ago and can't drop the weight never had a problem before that, I feel bad using it as a reason but it's true. Long story short I'm 5"3' 165 bmi of 35% neck 13 1/2 inch waist 33 and hips 40. I reply need some guidance on where to start to get back down, goal weight of 135 ish. If you can throw some suggestions my way I'd love it!!!!!

Learn How to eat bro. Bottom line. I was about 23% BF a year ago and dropped most of it within a few months. I tried the quick weight losss center down here in florida and it worked well.

I didnt realize it but it was my eating habits that were killing me.
