Ok fist hello everyone! I hope that you can throw some tailored advice my way since it seems I'm in a different situation than most. I'm in the army been for 6 1/2 yrs. We do pt every morning so I get a workout every day, anyway I had a baby 2 yrs ago and can't drop the weight never had a problem before that, I feel bad using it as a reason but it's true. Long story short I'm 5"3' 165 bmi of 35% neck 13 1/2 inch waist 33 and hips 40. I reply need some guidance on where to start to get back down, goal weight of 135 ish. If you can throw some suggestions my way I'd love it!!!!!
