I am going to gym daily. And i have too much fat. I want to burn the fat and have better muscles without any kind of supplements.which kind of food should i eat and how much and how ? Plz help

I am eating less than before.i am relieving the food containing too much fat. I am not eating well in the evening. And i stay at home all day (no work) until the evening i go to gym

If you are too lazy to list your actual meals and workout routines you may understand why no one has responded to this thread but me. I didnt ask you if you are eating less. Eating less than what anyways? What is your daily caloric intake? What are your meals. You need fat. Fat burns fat. Your head is on backwards. No one can help you if you are going to be vague.

dear have your trainer not suggested you a diet plan to loose fat and to tighten the muscles .. yet you are good to be with the green veggies and fruits along with eggs and non veg in case you prefer to eat .. do regular the work out and stay tuned with your routine .

Clean eating would be a good place to start. At the end of the day its how bad do you want it? Yes, there is a lot of awesome food out there but it all comes with a price.. To me and probably a lot of others on this board, its just not worth it down a pizza for 20 minutes only to hinder your goals. Start avoiding all refined processed carbs, and work about 40ish grams of fiber into your diet, black bleans are good for that, they will make you feel fuller on a smaller amount of calories, and give you a decent amount of protein too. Congrats on hitting the gym as much as you are but that will not do it alone as you know. There are some pretty good articles out there on clean eating, just search a list of clean foods and do some grocery shopping, and avoid eating out... in my experience its hard to eat healthy at restaurants. I wish the best for you !
