Over the last few years or so I've been listening to a lot of radio shows from other countries. As well as reading news and watching TV shows. I learned one thing I really did expect: everyone follows what the USA does.

For example, the cover our elections in a huge way. They follow other counties, but aside from their own and the USA, it's not that much.

If it happens in the US, and effects more than one state, someone else picks it up.
