am 28, 173cm tall and 220 pounds. bf is around 13% region.
just want a few questions answered by someone with a better insight than my local gym pals etc.
Am running 1ml test 450 every 5 days, have been on t3 for about a week now have noticed a change in weight but was wondering if anyone has got a few t3 cycles knowledge and could tell me when it will be at its most effective rate as at that time i am gonna add some clen, done a few clen cycles and know my tolerence to it.
my goal is to get to about 9%. am currently carb cycling/carb timing so a bit of a mix and match.
train 4 times a week cardio 3 mornings and 2 times at gym.
Any advice would be great!
