New here, just a little about me:
Im 21 years old and I weigh ~195lbs and am 6'0" tall. Ive been lifting routinely for about half a year.
My lifts are as follows:
flat press- 260lbs
squat- 240
dead- 340
My squat is low because I seriously fractured my ankle last year and I haven't been able to squat for what seems an eternity, I'll get it back up with the rest of my lifts soon. Anyway I look forward to meeting you guys.
