sorry, i forgot to introduce myself. I am Joe, 22 Male. Been lifting for about
5yrs not as well as I should have but that's the past. I serve in the
U.S. Coast Guard and have since i was 17. I started out having to loose
80lbs to join the military. Well I did it in about 8months, and it took alot of
muscle with the fat. I have been doing my best learn as much as I can and
become as healthy as possible since. Last year I had some bug up my a$$ and
just threw it all out the window and just partied and ate like crap. It is now
time to pay for all of the fun and get serious. I am very greatfull of the knowledge that is readily available on this board and appreciate all the input
and honesty I have recieved in the short time I have been a member.
I am working on my routine and will have many question and will try and
keep the dumb ones to a minimum. I will be posting pics of my progress
here shortly and would appreciate any suggestions/comments.
