I've been looking thru this forum for a couple hours now and decided to go ahead and sign up. Theres TONS of great info here and everyone seems very kewl. 
I'm 33, 5.9' 160lbs and a vegetarian (no fur or feathers) with a quick metabolism. I can eat whatever and my weight stays the same.mmmmmm krisp kream. hehehe. Anyways, i already have a six pack but i want to bulk up and get cut. Nothing too crazy. Maybe like Ed norton in American History X or Mr.Pitt in Fight Club. I know i cant "look" like them but i like thier size. Anyone have any tips for a TOTAL beginner? All i know is a few things i've read here and around the net the last few days. I need diet and workout tips. Where to start and all that. Thanx!!
