Would like to say hey to my fellow ironslaves. I have been lifting for some time now, but there are always things to learn! Being I am an Ironaddict, I'm always looking for new principles, and new advances in bodybuilding. As well as new supplements to help, being- I always torture myself in my dungeon,and do it again tomorrow! All advice is welcome, and will be taken as help offered, in my quest for self improvement.
