hey guys, i'm finally very motivated to lose weight and gain muscle. i've basicly never been exposed to a "healthy" lifestyle so for the most part i've always been over weight.
i'm 17, about 5'11 250 and out of school.
i have a curlbar, a bench, and freeweights in my basement.
for the past 2 weeks or so i've been trying to eat healthier, drink more water, and workout.
i need advice on what exercises to do and how much to do, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
