Here is what i was thinking would be the best option on ship for me... note the cals will be higher due to the ways they cook the foods (sauces, fats, etc..) but this is roughly a decent diet that i worked out. What do you think? Note that the bread is not wheat and the pb is skippy, however, im trying to bulk, so i dont think its gonna kill me, i gotta grow. :D
 
btw, i also know they usually have dannon lite and dannon regular flavored yogurts on ship... Would that be decent to use as a "PWO" with a scoop of whey and a cup of milk?
 
lol you have got to be the biggest diet psycho to ever be obsessed about.

Whatever diet your posting is FINE. Try it out and see if it works. If not, change some things and mix it up a little bit. It's not going to kill you.

yeah, your probably right, i guess im just bored.
 
I was just like you until I binged alot over Christmas-

And made a huge amount of lean gains, lol. Now I eat everything.(Only healthy foods though)

I think that Xcelcrusher made an excellent point - until you let yourself eat you are never going to make gains.

Get on board, eat the best you can and see what happens. If you don't grow - increase your intake. As I said before - bulking is not that hard so you don't need to be so 'exact'.
Eat enough food.
Train with heavy stuff.
Rest well.
Repeat.
 
Yeah, I felt the same way you did and your always afraid your going to get really fat or something. You have tof orce yourself to eat enough sometime or you'll never get past it.
 
Im actually afraid im gonna undereat if i dont keep constant track of my eating habits... i think subconciously i try and cheat myself.
 
If that's rough Jeepster I'd like to see the clean...;), btw I'm the same way
