Hey guys whats up! well i havent been training really that much latly lots of family probs and me traveling for baseball so monday im hoping to get back on track with everything. im looking at starting a bulk routine kinda like this..

Mon. Legs/abs
Tues.Chest/tris
Wends. Are baseball coach has us doing this fast twitch fiber work outs on wends. so it is low weight with quick movements. so that will be my wends.
Thurs.back/bi's/abs/forearms
fri.Shoulders
sat.off
sun.off...
Please guys feel free to change my routine and help me out a lil.. i have never really had a set routine so normally id just go to the gym and work out what exersises that sounded good for that muscle that day..so maybee u can help me out pic the right workouts loll.. The supps i currently have are ce2(cee)/L-glutamine powder/t3 nitro(tribulus)/nitrate 3 fuel shot (no2)/Pro Complex (whey protein)/Flaxseed oil/fish oil/ and multivitim.

It looks ok, personally, I'd need a day's rest in the middle with baseball and all, if your eating good and getting enough sleep, you'll do fine.

How many days a week do you have practice and/or games? If it's the offseason, then when does the season start?

Well right now its off season but we practice everyday. i play thirdbase/catch/and pitch and this year as a soph i will be on varsity for a full season.. season starts feb 23.....And i am a little confused on when to take all my supps.. like the protein for sure after i finish working out.. the ce2 it says one in the morning and one in the afternoon should i take that after i train as my second dose. and the no2 stuff one tbl spoon is 3000 mg. when should i take that before or after i train cuz it says one take one a day..My multivitim i will just take it in the morning with breakfeast...the fish oil i dont really konw exactly when to take it..the flaxseed i know to take 3000 mg before bed.I was told the l glutamine not to add more to my protein shakes cuz it fights with the glutamine in the protein powder correct if im wrong..and when should i take the glut.? and the t3 nitro i know to take on an empty stomach about 35-40 min before bed...

bumpppp...sorryy to bug but i was hoping to get everything sorted by tomorrow

Your questions about the supplements belong in the supplement section of the forum.

I would just be careful about your volume with the leg work if they have you doing a lot of sprinting and plyometrics at practice. You might want to look into the Westside for Skinny Bastards program that is geared toward athletes, which can be found on T-Nation.

What? If you use the proper mechanics pitching you use the legs to push off to get your power. Look at a pitchers legs, like Roger Clemons for example, big strong legs help you push and as a catcher you need strong legs to get up and down as much as you do.

Anyways back to topic, you have Saturday and Sunday as off days. If you mean off as in, no weight training, that is good, but if it baseball that you are concentrating on, you might won't to throw in some BP and light throwing those days to stay loose. Most guys have the worst problems with there arms not being limber enough. Your workout routne looks about the same as ours did, so to me it looks to be ok. I think most coaches do the same thing. As far as supplements, I never took anything when playing other than fish oil, creatine, multivitiman and protein shakes.

I think his joke went right over you head.

Well i dont get the joke lol.. But section yes i do throw my bullpens.. i have a batting cage in my backyard so i pitch everyday and hit even after baseball.. my dream is to make it to a div. 1 college atleast.. right now my fastball is 86mph hoping by my senior year to be atleast 93-94..for workin the legs alot harder.. i only work them once a week..because i do lots of hiting and pitching workouts with medicine balls and weighted balls.. and all that good stuff for my rotator cuffs and hip's

And like cowpimp sugessted the westside training.. that shit looks confusing i read it twice and still have like no idea....and tough recomended ironmans..that is confusing too lol..

Jesus bro you are one motivated individual. I just wanted to say good luck with everything and let us know how it all goes. Oh and happy belated birthday.
