Hey everyone. My name is Josh. I am an intermediate level lifter who has been lifting in a proper manner for over 5 years.
I am coming off about an 9-10 month layoff from mid '09 to about mid 2010 due to surgery, health issues and injury. Believe it or not it was all three and none of them were related. If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all.
I currently train using a 3 day a week heavy/light/medium protocol. My current goal is to regain some strength and put some muscle back on in the process.
I hope to contribute and learn from this site, so far I'm impressed by the info i've seen.
