I was searching online and ran into this forum, I saw lots of helpful advice and people willing to explain/help other members, something which I was looking for.
At the moment I'm currently wanting to get a bit leaner for later on pack on more muscle. I work out bout 6 days a week mon-fri weight train sat normally go for cardio or an all around workout.
I'm 6'01'' 191 lbs. with an aprox. 14% body fat, something which I hope to improve. My goal is to try and stay around my same weight, if possible, and lower my body fat into that which I can have a noticeable muscle definition.
I'm a med student half way into finishing my studies, so weight lifting is one of my hobbies which really gets my mind off certain worries.
