Ok, im scheduled for surgery on the 22nd, nothing major, just gonna get my outtie made innie
lol. Anyways, looks like I wont be able to lift for around 3 weeks. Now during this time should I lower my cals, but keep my protein and fats the same.... ie, just drop about 100g carbs or so from my diet? Or should I just keep eating the same thing even though im pretty much inactive most of the time? I was thinking of going around 2200 cals, I think that that is my maintenance with around 250g protein, 70g fat, and around 140-150g carbs... Or maybe 200g protein and 200g carbs... What do you think?
