Hey i just joined and im 16 and i came here to find advice for a good workout plan until football season starts in early september. I have gotten advice from fellow players but everythings different for all of them so i dont know what to follow. I dont really know that much about lifting so im just gonna say im about 5'11, 150 pounds and about 11% body fat i think. If anyone has any good tips please tell

Lifting is when something goes from down to up.
