Those are the bars I've been eating for a while now. I like the taste, (even the blueberry one) but I too find it hard to get them down without a gallon of water handy.
Apple - Cinnamon is my fav.

What do you think of Myoplex Low Carb bars as a protein supplement? They contain 240 calories, 6g fat, 3g carbs, 30g protein (it's a protein blend). Just wondering what anyone thought of these. I just ate one. I had the lemon cheesecake.
