Hi. I've been reading your posts for a while now, thought I'd drop in and say thanks for the great advice. I've been trying to lose the jiggle, not trying so much to lose weight...if I had I would have failed miserably. I have actually gained 5 lbs, but look smaller than when I started. Not so much new to trying to working out, but trying a new method, instead of the extreme cardio/minimal eating routine. Last I checked, 5' 8", 145, 28.5" waist, 41" hips.
