Wats gonig on everyone, been browsing this site for a few months and I finally decided to acutally come on in lol. My names Ty, I jsut turned 20. Been working out off and on for about a year now. I'm 6'3 and 235 I believe. I used to be 290+..but then, I figured itd be fun to live past my 30's so I decided it was time to take beter care of my self. Got a few questions..but...I'll post them in the right forums lol. Just dropin by and sayin hey.
