So I'm new to these forums, just lookin' for a new, friendly and guidepost bodybuilding forums--as opposed to others I've been to...

So, just as a present to all you czars, I have a tiny question before I start asking questions, buying suggested books and internet research--

I'm at perhaps 20~23% body fat, at a small (yes, I know... small..) 5'6; I don't really want to give out my age, but I'm young.

So, I was thinking.. Should I cut then bulk (am not afraid of gaining fat back, I don't really care about vanity.)

or Bulk then cut?!

However, I have a problem... one of the highschool sports in requires me to stay featherweight, which is exactly 155 pounds. Due to my height and weight, and current strength I do extremely well in this sport; however, I want to dominate in it. So, I'm at a whopping 148 pounds.

The sport doesn't start till Spring, and the only other sport I do is cross country and track and field (cross in august~October, and track and field october~december.. I do the field part.)

So, I'm estimating a general 115~120 LBM... but losing that weight when you're a bit skinny already is hard.

So I'm ready for my spoonfeeding! 8D bulk or cut, or cut then bulk?

Supp: Multi vitamins, Yohimbe HCL (Was planning to take it 1hr before cross country workouts, luv u built.) creatine monohydrate and fish oil 1000g per serving.

gym: balley total fitness so I got a pretty good resource

knowledge: an intermediate understanding of ketones and ketosis, lost weight before in the past, I can stick with a diet (except for aug 6-12 im going to florida :x....)

Current fitness: can run in a mile in 6 minutes, squat 150 pounds (I know.. im weak.) dumbell curl 40, curl bar 60, bench press 120..

Haha, so yeah; thank you for all of your time pals. :)

Cut then bulk. You should have time to get to your goal weight but leaner than you are now.

Read the link in my signature and provide the pertinent information that we are asking for.

Feel free to make a thread in the diet/nutrition section for more visibility.
