Just wanted to say whats up. ive been reading this forum for about a week now and just wanted to say there seems to be some cool catz here that know quite a bit. Ive been working out on and off for the past 5 years or so and just started getting back into it about 8 mnths now. Ive been out of the military now for almost a year and I look forward to getting to know some of you and best of all, continuing to learn some useful info.
