Hello- I am 25 years old, 6'0, and 185(ish) lbs. I just started working out in December. I've been wanting to get in shape for like the last 5 years...but could never fit it to my schedule. Now I have rearranged my days to revolve around my diet and exercise schedule. I workout 4 days a week and try to get my cardio in on the remaining 3. I am looking forward to continuing this new lifestyle...I have never felt better!
